By placing an order with CadetAccessories, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. Please read these terms carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by your tracking information).
  • Products must be in unused, unopened, and original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact (e.g., tags on tactical gear, original packaging for navigation tools, backpacks, or other accessories).
  • Products must not be damaged, altered, or worn (normal inspection for quality is allowed, but no signs of use or wear will be accepted).
  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item, wrong size/color), please contact us immediately:
  • Notify our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item, along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a free replacement, full refund, or store credit, with no return shipping costs to you.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team at support@cadetaccessories.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address in Montego Bay, Jamaica).
  3. Package the eligible product(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference).
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see Section 2).

4. Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned package (allow 10–15 business days for shipping to our location, plus 2 business days for processing), we will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements.
After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary by payment provider.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Original shipping costs (from CadetAccessories to you) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible product (e.g., for a different size, color, or style), follow the return process outlined in Section 3 and note "Exchange" in your return request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. If the exchanged product has a different price, you will be responsible for any price difference, or we will issue a refund for any price difference (if applicable).

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged:
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Used, worn, or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories

8. Late or Ineligible Returns

Returns initiated after 30 calendar days from delivery, or products that do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued for late or ineligible returns.
